Sales Operations

We’re hiring a Sales Operations role who will be passionate and data-driven, analytical with a dynamic and motivated personality!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for defining, analyzing and reporting key sales metrics across the company and overseeing the tools involved in producing the associated metrics.
  • Oversees the production and provision of routine sales reporting and analysis used by sales directors, senior management, and board directors to drive business decisions.
  • Managing global sales forecasts and pipeline measurement and analytics.
  • Managing continuous improvement program for Salesforce.com and reviewing and documenting all enhancement requests.
  • Arranging sales meetings, gathering information from the different sales teams and assisting the EVP Global Sales.

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of professional experience in sales operations, or business operations.
  • Knowledge in Salesforce.com- Advantage; deep experience with other sales and marketing technology platforms.
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics and sales objectives and their translation into tools and processes to achieve optimal productivity.
  • Experience in change management, and proven record of managing change through effective communication channels.
  • Strong quantitative skills including expertise in Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • High energy and positive attitude.
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
