Your day-to-day will consist of:

• Build the company’s cloud-native solution to scale in a fast-paced, Agile environment to support our rapidly evolving business.
• Develop high-performance, fault-tolerant, scalable distributed software systems.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction through our product development, design, and deployment
• Manage the group’s metrics and KPIs based on R&D and company goals.
• Mentor and support the growth of individual contributors, and tech leads
• Build solutions for complex, large-scale problems spanning lots of different technologies like, Go, K8S, containers / IaC, and cloud
• Spend about 50% of your time on hands-on development
