Our team is both global and local, and for us, diversity means taking a unique and sensitive approach to each region and culture. While we’re not yet perfect in achieving true diversity, we are constantly striving to close equity gaps and be more inclusive.

How we’re achieving our goals

Our culture is open, honest, and non-political. Our goal is to achieve diversity and inclusion along the lines of gender, race, disability, age, religion, and sexual orientation. We do this through the following efforts:
