Director, Demand Generation

We are seeking a Director, Demand Gen who craves end-to-end ownership of demand generation strategy, loves to build, and thrives in a player-coach role. In this role you will manage a team of experts owning our website, SEO, PPC, and ABM programs and you will be tasked to build and execute our demand generation strategies reporting to the CMO.

Location: United States (Home Office)


  • Manage, mentor and lead a team of professionals to success and growth
  • Develop and implement a data-driven demand gen strategy aligned with business goals, building scalable marketing programs.
  • Identify and exploit new growth opportunities.
  • Drive measurable performance improvements in paid ads, organic traffic, website conversion, and ABM programs.
  • Champion a data-driven culture by establishing KPIs, leveraging analytics to optimize programs, and recommending improvements.
  • Balance resource allocation with program effectiveness.


  • Proven track record leading demand generation teams at a tech company
  • Analytical mindset with the a knack for data-driven decisions making
  • Strategic thinking, prioritization, and multitasking experience
  • Feedback as a way of life
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/PPC strategies
  • Experience working with a developer or security audience
