Account-Based Marketing Manager

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B marketing professional to join our team as an Account-Based Marketing Manager. In this role, you’ll leverage your diverse marketing expertise to develop and execute data-driven ABM programs to acquire and retain our most valuable enterprise clients.

  • This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent.
  • In this position, you’ll work in a hybrid model: three days remotely from home and two days at the office.

What You’ll Do:

  • Implement and manage multi-channel ABM campaigns across various platforms (email, paid advertising, content marketing, etc.) to drive pipeline generation and conversion.
  • Utilize marketing automation and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense, ZoomInfo) to gather customer intent data and build actionable playbooks for successful account engagement.
  • Partner with the content team to develop targeted messaging that resonates with key decision-makers within your assigned accounts.
  • Craft compelling content and sales enablement materials tailored to specific account needs and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to build account-level lead nurturing processes and reporting dashboards.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and continually optimize ABM strategy.
  • Collaborate with sales, sales development, and marketing teams to identify high-potential accounts and develop personalized marketing strategies.

Why You’re a Great Fit:

  • 2-3 years of B2B marketing experience in a SaaS tech company.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of B2B customer buying journeys and the ability to tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Experience working collaboratively across different marketing disciplines (e.g., content, demand generation, digital marketing).
  • Experience with account-based marketing methodologies and best practices, like 6sense
