Director of Outbound Product Management

Atlanta, GA, United States is seeking a Director of Outbound Product Management to join us!

 Location: Eastern United States (Home Office)


  • Champion the portfolio and products to internal and external audiences, and spend a significant amount of time talking to customers, prospects, partners, industry analysts, and field personnel.
  • As the voice of the customer, you will need to gain insights on the market, customer challenges and then be able to clearly articulate market and customer requirements and priorities back into the product team
  • Conduct customer briefings, analyst updates, field training, partner enablement, content creation, and more
  • Understand the competitive landscape to create clear insights on differentiation in support of product decisions and GTM
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing team and help them to be successful in creating deep analysis of win/loss and competitive differentiation 
  • Ensure has a relevant, customer-focused strategy for every product in the portfolio. That means doing things like advocating for new products and features, owning and updating roadmaps, and helping construct cross-product strategies
  • Work with strategic partners on defining mutual winning products
  • Be part of the product leadership reporting to the EVP of Product that drives product strategy and vision


  • Foundational product management skills, technical expertise, and a focus on product success. 
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS companies
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Application Security-Must
  • Significant experience with software development lifecycle
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Product Management or product marketing in a software development company or previous SaaS experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with outbound Product Management activities
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a variety of audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and features at one time
  • Good planning and time management skills
