Director of Strategic Partnerships

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for executing value-based partnerships that drive business growth and revenue for This role involves building new partnerships and managing ongoing go-to-market activities, working closely with internal teams to ensure result-driven success.


  • Develop and execute the organization’s partnership strategy.
  • Map and reach out to technology vendors for potential engagement. Work methodically to build a funnel of engagements.
  • Lead joint go-to-market efforts through customer engagement, sales cross-teams, channel partners, and internal engagement.
  • Build relationships externally and internally. You should be comfortable attending industry events and networking with peers.

Overall, it is a critical role that requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, execution mode, and a relationship-oriented personality. The successful candidate will be a key contributor to the organization’s growth and will play a critical role in shaping the direction of the company.


  • Experience in technology alliances, strategic partnerships, and business development roles.
  • Results-driven: A track record of achieving quantitative sales business goals and pipeline generation.
  • Strong execution skills, driving both sides’ field teams to work together.
  • Background roles in security companies are an advantage.
  • Technology and product management background is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Native English.

In this position, you’ll be working in a hybrid model: three days remotely from home and two days at the office.
