Account Executive

Giv'atayim - Full-time - Hybrid

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and creative individual to sell the Mend platform to businesses in the international region. **In this role, you will be working Monday to Friday in a hybrid model: two days in the office and three days from home.**

Responsibilities

  • Drive the company’s market growth and contribute to achieving ambitious sales targets in the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the management team to define and execute sales and go-to-market (GTM) strategies.
  • Create detailed account plans and proactively drive opportunities to closure.
  • Work as part of a collaborative team, partnering with other stakeholders (SEs, BDRs, and CSMs) while fostering team success.
  • Penetrate, map, and manage commercial accounts.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Lead and manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, engaging key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure client success.
  • Respond promptly to customer requests for proposals, quotes, and additional information.
  • Develop business and technical expertise in our solution.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales roles - Mandatory.
  • Hunter mentality with relentless drive and determination - Mandatory.
  • Access to decision-makers in application security, software development, and DevOps (e.g., CISO, VP Engineering) – Advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of the application security domain, including buyers’ motivations and key stakeholders – Advantageous.
  • Experience working with international organizations or start-ups in growth mode.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to efficiently complete tasks using various company applications (e.g., SFDC).
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Additional languages are a significant advantage (e.g., French, Dutch, Spanish), with fluency in English at a native or near-native level.
