Financial Operations Coordinator

Kraków, Małopolskie, Poland

We are looking for a Financial Operations Coordinator to join our growing finance team and support the department’s activity and managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing of sales invoice.
  • Manage the collection process.
  • Assist with sales tax reporting.
  • Manage the automated flow from Salesforce to NetSuite.

 


  • 3-5 years of experience as a financial administrator, or similar
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to organize effectively, and work under pressure with attention to detail, precision, and accuracy.
  • Great collaboration and communication skills.
  • Quick learner, A team player.
  • Fully professional English Verbal and written- Must have!
  • Highly motivated and willing to hard work.
