Industry Veteran Dan Gross Joins WhiteSource as Vice President of Business Development

Tel Aviv, April 10, 2017 — WhiteSource, the leader in continuous open source security and compliance management, is pleased to welcome Dan Gross as Vice President of Business Development.

Dan is a technology entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years of experience in defining the strategic direction and ambitious growth planning for both start-ups and well-established, global brands.

Before joining WhiteSource Dan Served as a Vice President for business development at Salesforce.com, prior to that Dan was the CEO and Co-founder of Navajo Systems ( acquired by Salesforce – CRM) and as the CEO of ActionBase (acquired by Advantech – ADVT).

“As open source becomes the common code type that SMBs as well as enterprises are utilizing in order to create their commercial products, having a strong open source management solution in place is becoming critical for success. He’s spent the last ten years working with tech companies like Amdocs, Gilat Satellite Systems, Allot Communications, and Sisense. He holds a Ph.D. in English Literature.
