litellm 1.87.0rc1 to 1.104.0rc1: UI/CLI session tokens are sealed with the same key and format the proxy uses to encrypt user-supplied key metadata secrets, so an internal_user can mint a forged proxy_admin session token and run commands through the MCP stdio endpoint (default config from 1.91.0rc1; 1.87.0rc1-1.90.x only with EXPERIMENTAL_UI_LOGIN=true) (GHSA-7hp6-4w63-5g45)
