n8n 2.2.0-2.43.4, 2.44.0 and @n8n/backend-services 1.3.0-1.3.2, 1.4.0: a client-chosen workflow ID such as __proto__ makes the workflow-project cache return an inherited object with no project id, so the Data Table project check matches every project and members can read, change and delete Data Table rows across all projects (GHSA-wvjj-qg37-pv73)
